This Privacy Policy explains how Moaners & Boners ("M&B", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use mnb.gg, connect your accounts, purchase Reserved Access, or request support.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in with Discord, we may receive and store your Discord user ID, username/display name, avatar information, and email address when provided through the authorized Discord login. When you connect Steam, we store your verified SteamID64 so Reserved Access and WARDOGS statistics can be associated with the correct game account.

For Reserved Access, we maintain records needed to provide and administer access, including your selected plan, entitlement status, relevant start/end or renewal dates, Stripe customer/subscription/checkout identifiers, and the Discord and Steam accounts associated with the purchase.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. M&B does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy practices.

3. How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, link Discord and Steam identities, provide Reserved Access, synchronize the VIP Discord role and WARDOGS reserved-player access, display account and career information, process and reconcile purchases and cancellations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, provide support, and protect the service.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by services that help operate M&B, including Discord for community identity, Steam for game-account verification, Stripe for payments and billing, and hosting/security infrastructure used to operate mnb.gg and its private services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms.

5. Retention

We keep account, entitlement, transaction-reference, and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit history, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements. Signing out does not delete your linked M&B account or purchase history.

6. Your choices

You may stop using M&B at any time. Where the site allows it, you may unlink Steam when no active or restricted billing entitlement prevents unlinking. For questions about your information or a deletion request, contact us through the Discord ticket system on our Support page. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate security, transaction, dispute, or legal purposes.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and service information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Never send passwords, authentication codes, or full payment-card details through an M&B support ticket.

8. Children

M&B Reserved Access is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us through Support.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we publish a revised version.
