For a charge, renewal, cancellation, or payment issue, open a ticket and include the email used at checkout plus the approximate date of the charge. Never post payment-card details in Discord.
KEEP SECRETS PRIVATE
M&B staff will not ask for your Discord password, Steam password, full card number, or authentication codes. Payments are processed through Stripe.
