RESERVED ACCESS
TERMS.

These Reserved Access Terms govern purchases of priority access for M&B community servers. By purchasing Reserved Access, you agree to these terms in addition to the rules that apply to the M&B community and game server.
1. What Reserved Access provides
Reserved Access gives the verified Steam account linked to your M&B account priority/reserved access to supported M&B WARDOGS community servers while the entitlement is active. It may also provide an associated VIP role in the M&B Discord.
Reserved Access does not provide gameplay advantages, weapons, cash, XP, moderation powers, immunity from server rules, guaranteed team placement, or control over server administration.
2. Account requirements
Reserved Access is tied to your M&B account, Discord identity, and verified SteamID64. You are responsible for connecting the correct Steam account before purchase and for keeping your connected accounts secure. Access is personal to the linked account and may not be resold or transferred without M&B approval.
3. Plans and billing
The 7-day ($6.99) and 14-day ($9.99) plans are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. The 30-day ($12.99) plan is a recurring subscription that renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until canceled. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added by the payment processor.
Stripe processes payments. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the purchase and, for the recurring plan, future renewals until cancellation.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring 30-day plan through the billing-management portal. Unless the billing interface states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access remains active through the end of the already-paid billing period. One-time 7-day and 14-day passes expire automatically and do not need to be canceled.
5. Refunds and billing problems
If you believe a charge is incorrect or Reserved Access was not delivered as expected, open a Discord support ticket promptly through mnb.gg/support. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and any rights required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Availability and interruptions
Reserved Access provides priority access; it does not guarantee that a server, game service, hosting provider, WARDOGS service, Discord, Steam, Stripe, or network connection will always be available. Maintenance, restarts, outages, attacks, game updates, provider failures, capacity limits, or other technical events may temporarily affect access.
7. Community rules and enforcement
Purchasing Reserved Access does not exempt anyone from M&B rules. Access may be suspended or removed when necessary to enforce server/community rules, address fraud or abuse, protect the service, or comply with law. Purchasing Reserved Access does not guarantee immunity from kicks, bans, moderation, team-balancing measures, or other ordinary server administration.
8. Service changes
M&B may make reasonable operational changes to supported servers, access systems, or Reserved Access features. If pricing or recurring billing terms change, changes will be communicated or presented as required before they apply to future charges.
9. Third-party services
WARDOGS, Discord, Steam, and Stripe are third-party services with their own terms and policies. M&B is a community-run service and is not affiliated with BULKHEAD, Team17, Bohemia Interactive, or WARDOGS.
